Auch nach Jahren ist der Inhalt noch hilfreich. Habe mich sehr gefreut, dieses Buch auch nach vielen Jahren des Erscheinens noch bekommen zu können.

Der Klassiker mit Rezepten, um selbst Roggenbrot (aus eigenem Sauerteig!) und Wein zu machen... Schade, dass das nicht mehr neu aufgelegt worden ist.
